Free Leisure Membership
Our guests enjoy free leisure membership to nearby China Fleet Golf
& Country Club for the duration of their stay. This gives free
use of swimming pool, exercise class, fitness suite, badminton,
squash, tennis, tai-chi and yoga.
On arrival, a cash only deposit of £5 will be required for
each person using the Free China Fleet Membership cards (maximum
2 adults 3 children per property). This deposit is to ensure the
safe return of each card at which time the deposit will be refunded.
Upon the card being lost, damaged or stolen the deposit will cover
the cost of the replacement required.
Family Fun Pack – Only £30!
(Available March - October to suit fishing season)
Because we understand that holidays are one of
the few times the whole family has an opportunity to get together,
we want to ensure that you squeeze as much fun into your stay as
possible, so we've put together an activities pack which includes:
• Exclusive private fishing on a select
area of our river frontage,
equipment provided, just for you and your family (you will need
to book your time slot) plus….
• An activities fun pack full to the brim, bursting with pictures
to colour, games to play, objects that fly and things to make! (suitable
for children aged 2-90 yrs old!)

June 19th 2008 onwards. Offer only applies if code is redeemed at
time of booking.
Occupancy & Quality
All of our properties are inspected by ‘Visit Britain’
and have been awarded four stars, unless you wish to utilise our
sofa beds in which case the property will be rated three star.
The occupancy shown 'sleeps 6 + 2' means that
the +2 would be accommodated on the bed settee. The prices quoted
are per property and sleep up to the maximum number stated.
Payment
• Deposit - a non refundable deposit of £100 is required
to secure the booking.
• Balance- must be paid within 28 days before the date of
arrival. Cheques should be made out to 'Crylla Valley'. In the event
of the balance not being paid by the due date, we reserve the right
to cancel your booking and re-let the property. If re-letting cannot
be arranged you will be liable for payment of the balance.
Arrivals & Departures
Bookings are from 4pm on the day of arrival until 10am on the day
of departure. We like to prepare the properties to a high standard
of cleanliness and appreciate arrivals not before 4pm (unless a
prior arrangement is made).
Breakages
We would like to point out that a hirer is legally held responsible
for any damage or breakage. We would appreciate notification of
breakages, to ensure the unit is fully equipped for future guests.
Pets
Well behaved dogs are welcomed on the understanding that they are
not left unattended in the property. The price is £5 a day.
Sorry- no dogs between 26th July and 30th August, but please ask
about availability at local kennels.
Business Users
We are ideally located for business stays- situated at the 'Gateway
to Cornwall', 10 miles from Plymouth yet nestled in peaceful, idyllic
surroundings.
We offer wireless access in a selection of our
properties. We have a computer room where you can access the internet
for free and use the printer, or plug your own laptop in and work.
You may also use our fax and photocopier (at a nominal charge).
We can offer a maid service on request (charges
apply).
Baby Equipment
We provide free of charge: cots, highchairs, cot blankets, baby
baths and stairgates for your convenience. All properties have microwaves
and a selection have dishwashers and washer dryers to make your
lives as hastle free as possible.
Cancellations
Should you have to cancel your holiday please inform us immediately
by telephone and confirm in writing. Every effort will be made to
re-let the unit in which case we will be pleased to refund your
deposit less expenses incurred. In the event of a cancellation being
made after your full fee has been paid, a refund may be made at
the proprietor's discretion if the cancellation is caused by death,
accident or illness to any members of the party and where a medical
certificate accompanies the cancellation.
If a cancellation is made for any other reason,
every effort will be made to re-let the unit, and only if re-let,
will consideration be given to refunding the monies. However, you
are advised to take out holiday insurance which you will find to
be inexpensive. For your convenience details of a holiday insurance
scheme will be sent to you when a holiday reservation is confirmed.
Disclaimer
Whilst every endeavour is made to ensure that the particulars of
our brochure and literature are correct, the proprietors cannot
be held liable in respect of changes or alterations made. The proprietors
are relieved of any liability for accidents to visitors and any
loss or damage to their property and vehicle. The proprietors reserve
the right to decline accommodation and to demand the immediate withdrawal
of any persons not complying with the conditions, or for any conduct
detrimental to the property or the comfort of the other
visitors.
Privacy Policy
We take your privacy very seriously and your contact details will
never be passed to any third parties. We comply fully with the Data
Protection Act and are registered with the Data
Protection Public Register (registration number Z9486896). If
