Free Leisure Membership
Our guests enjoy free leisure membership to nearby China Fleet Golf & Country Club for the duration of their stay. This gives free use of swimming pool, heatwaves, exercise classes, fitness suite & racquet sports.
On arrival, a cash only deposit of £5 for one or £10 for two or more membership cards is payable (maximum 2 adults + 2 children per 1 bedroom property, 2 adults + 3 children per 2 bedroom property and 4 adults + 3 children per 3 and 4 bedroom properties). This deposit is to ensure the safe return of each card at which time the deposit will be refunded. Upon the card being lost, damaged or stolen the deposit will cover the cost of the replacement required.
Children are classed as between 5 and 17 years old, under 5's are free!!
Whilst at the club, Crylla Valley members are asked kindly to abide by the club rules and regulations which include age and height restrictions. You must be 14+ years to use the gym facilities and 16+ to use Heatwaves. Further details are available on request.
Family Fun Pack – Only £25!
Because we understand that holidays are one of the few times the whole family has an opportunity to get together, we want to ensure that you squeeze as much fun into your stay as possible, so we've put together an activities pack which is full to the brim, bursting with pictures to colour, games to play, objects that fly and things to make! All these bits are great at keeping certain minds occupied when the grown ups need it the most. Balloons, puzzles, building blocks, boules, a kite, a fishing rod, cards, throw & catch amoung many other surprises including a box to take it home, theres something for everyone whether your aged 2-90 yrs old!
Occupancy & Quality
All of our properties are inspected by ‘Visit Britain’ and have been awarded four stars, unless you wish to utilise our sofa beds in which case the property will be rated three stars.
The occupancy shown 'sleeps 6 + 2' means that the +2 would be accommodated on the bed settee. The prices quoted are per property and sleep up to the maximum number stated.
Payment
- Deposit - a non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to secure the booking.
- Balance- must be paid within 28 days before the date of arrival. Cheques should be made out to 'Crylla Valley'. In the event of the balance not being paid by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel your booking and re-let the property. If re-letting cannot be arranged you will be liable for payment of the balance.
Arrivals & Departures
Bookings are from 4pm on the day of arrival until 10am on the day of departure. We like to prepare the properties to a high standard of cleanliness and appreciate arrivals not before 4pm (unless a prior arrangement is made).
Baby Equipment
We provide free of charge: cots, highchairs, cot blankets, baby baths and stair gates for your convenience. All properties have microwaves and a selection have dishwashers and washer dryers to make your lives as hassle free as possible.
Pets
Well behaved dogs are welcomed on the understanding that they are not left unattended in the property. The price is £5 a day. Sorry- no dogs between 24th July and 28th August 10, but please ask about availability at local kennels.
Business Users
We are ideally located for business stays- situated at the 'Gateway to Cornwall', 10 miles from Plymouth yet nestled in peaceful, idyllic surroundings.
We offer wireless access from our computer suite. We have a computer room where you can access the internet for free, or plug your own laptop in and work. You may also use our fax and photocopier (at a nominal charge).
We can offer a maid service on request (charges apply).
Cancellations
Should you have to cancel your holiday please inform us immediately by telephone and confirm in writing. Every effort will be made to re-let the unit in which case we will be pleased to refund your deposit less expenses incurred. In the event of a cancellation being made after your full fee has been paid, a refund may be made at the proprietor's discretion if the cancellation is caused by death, accident or illness to any members of the party and where a medical certificate accompanies the cancellation.
If a cancellation is made for any other reason, every effort will be made to re-let the unit, and only if re-let, will consideration be given to refunding the monies. However, you are advised to take out holiday insurance, which you will find to be inexpensive.
Breakages
We would like to point out that a hirer is legally held responsible for any damage or breakage. We would appreciate notification of breakages, to ensure the unit is fully equipped for future guests.
Lost & Found
All attempts will be made to contact the guest & on request items will be sent back in receipt of the postage cost. If items are not claimed within 14 days of departure they will be given to charity or discarded.
Special Offers
No one offer can be taken in conjunction with any other offer. All offers are subject to availability.

Includes selected standard week bookings commencing on a Mon, Fri or Sat arriving on or before 28th March 2010.
Discounts have been applied to full 2010 tariff prices and vary by up to 20% dependant on the date and or the type of each property.
Property numbers may be limited and are subject to availability.
Any additional charges such as Family Fun packs are not included in the offer.
The offer starts on 1st February and ends at midnight Sunday 28th February 2010.
