Our one bedroom Fir Tree properties offer great value in Cornwall for couples and those with a young child, they are especially popular with our guests requiring level accommodation and parking.

The Fir Trees offer south facing patio areas close to our lawns and flower gardens. 

The properties offer a flat screen TV with Freeview, Wi-Fi, a cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, iron and a full complement of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. The open plan lounge also offers a good quality sofa bed**. If this is used we recommend single-family occupancy as the en-suite shower room is accessed via the double bedroom.

The shower room is a particularly good feature in our Fir Trees making them very suitable for those who cannot manage a bath, you may also wish to consider Hazelwood which is of a similar style and also has level parking and access.

For comfort in this property we accept maximum occupancy of 2 adults and 1 child no older than 12 yrs sleeping on the sofa bed in the living room**.  Should you require 1 bedroom accommodation and require space for a travel cot we would recommend either a 1 Bedroom Valley View Cottage, a 1 Bedroom Elm Cottage or our 1 Bedroom Birch Cottage.
