Discover Our Four Bed Self Catering Holiday Cottages
This week we focus on our spacious, stone fronted four bed self catering cottages known as the Woodland Cottages. With four bedrooms and the capacity to sleep up to 8 people comfortably, these cottages are perfect for large families or groups or friends. In addition to this a maximum of two travel cots can be requested.
A bedroom and wet room located on the ground floor also make this property perfect for those requiring ground floor sleeping and washing facilities.
The Woodland Cottages have been built to our usual high standards, incorporating many essential modern facilities to help make your visit comfortable and enjoyable. For example, you will find a 40” LCD Television with DVD player, Master bedroom with en-suite shower room and a superb family bathroom with whirlpool bath in these 4 bed cottages.
Large Kitchen
A large kitchen is situated on the ground floor complete with everything you need for a comfortable self catering experience, including; cooker, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer and full complement of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.
Open Plan Living / Dining Area
The spacious open plan living / dining area extends to cater for the large dining table and huge corner sofa which faces the 40″ LCD TV. Perfect for an evening in together watching a movie!
Private Patio
French doors with a level threshold open on to a South facing private patio area where you can sunbathe, read a book, have a BBQ** or simply sit and relax.
Spacious Bedrooms
A twin bedroom is situated on the ground floor which is suitable for guests which may have trouble with the stairs. This room can accommodate a wheelchair user when set as a single bedded room. This room can also be set as a super king double, just let us know your requirements when you book.
Opposite the ground floor twin bedroom is a wet room facility with disabled user shower, washbasin, toilet, and suitably positioned grab rails.
The main double bedroom is located upstairs with ample space, a convenient en-suite shower room and Juliet balcony. There are two additional twin rooms on the first floor, both of which can be set up as double rooms to cater for couples.
Whirpool Bath
A luxurious family bathroom has a fantastic whirlpool bath and separate double shower cubicle. The only problem? There is only one whirpool bath in the property so you’ll need to draw straws as to who gets to enjoy it first!
