Discover Our Three Bed Self Catering Holiday Cottages
This week we focus on our three bed self catering cottages.
We have several 3 bed cottages available to stay in. These are known as the three bedroom Rosewoods, Valley Views and Stable Cottage.
All have one double bedroom and two twin bedrooms, so can sleep families of 6 comfortably. Depending on the property type, beds can be arranged to accommodate 2 adults & 4 children, or 4 adults & 2 children. If you’re travelling with a baby then both our 3 bed Valley View or 3 bed Rosewood.can accommodate a travel cot on request. Each property also has its own dedicated parking space.

3 Bed Rosewood Cottage
Our Rosewood Cottages come complete with a fantastic whirlpool bath, 40″ LCD flat screen TV and DVD player. Downstairs, French doors open on to a terrace with patio furniture and a gas BBQ*** for the summer months. There is an open plan kitchen diner with table for six, and a separate lounge with real effect fire. In addition to the main bathroom, the property offers a shower room for added convenience.
The bedrooms are situated upstairs with a double bed in the main bedroom, twin beds in the second bedroom which can be made into a superking double if requested and twin beds in the third bedroom. A Travel Cot** is available on request in the main bedroom. A fresh coffee maker and a bedside teas-maid are also included to add to your holiday experience.
With modern kitchen appliances such as a dishwasher, large fridge freezer, seperate washing machine & tumble dryer we have tried to ensure that you have a comfortable, stress free holiday. The cottage also offers a cooker with double oven, a microwave, toaster, kettle, iron and a full complement of crockery, cutlery and kitchenware.
The property has one allocated parking space with additional spaces available.
Property Graded 4 star. **Travel Cot and High Chair available for £5 each. ***BBQ gas available to hire through reception, charcoal based BBQ’s are not permitted.
3 Bed Stable Cottage
Stable Cottage is a spacious holiday cottage built from an authentic stable and hayloft, providing excellent accommodation for a larger party. The Cottage offers an open plan kitchen / diner, a large separate lounge complete with leather sofas, a widescreen surround sound home cinema system, and French doors opening on to your own private patio garden complete with garden furniture and a BBQ**. There is also a bathroom with WC on the ground floor.
Upstairs enjoy an indulgent soak in your own whirlpool bath in the master bedroom en-suite bathroom. There are two further twin rooms (one of which the twin beds can be linked together to create a superking double), so plenty of space for all the family. Please note the property does not have space for the use of a travel cot, so you may wish to consider an alternative option such as a 3 bed Valley View or 3 bed Rosewood.
Also provided are a washer-dryer, under the counter fridge & freezer, integrated stainless steel cooker and hob, microwave, toaster, kettle, iron and a full compliment of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils
The property fronts our private drive and features 2 level parking spaces (please note that the property is located beside an elevated bridge carrying a main road, all perfectly safe on our private estate, but you will experience some ambient traffic noise).

3 Bed Valley View Cottage
Our 3 bedroom Valley View holiday cottages are nestled into a hillside of lush green woodlands, overlooking our lawns, flower gardens and countryside beyond.
These spacious properties are fronted with an attractive Cornish stone finish with traditional looking beamed ceilings, and provide a real ‘home from home’ feeling with quality co-ordinated carpets, furnishings and fabrics.
Upstairs you will find the master bedroom with double bed and two twin bedrooms, a Travel Cot*** or Chair Bed*** (for a child up to 6 years of age) can be provided in the master bedroom. To accommodate larger groups, the open plan living area offers a good quality Sofa Bed** suitable for 1 adult or 2 children up to 12 years of age.
You will find everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, including 40″ Flat screen TV and DVD player, dishwasher, washer dryer, microwave, cooker, toaster, fridge/freezer, iron, kettle and a full complement of cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils. The property also has a downstairs shower room.
The properties have private patio gardens with patio furniture, and Gas BBQs**** are provided for the summer months.
Each cottage has an allocated parking space with additional spaces available.
Property Graded 4 star. **Use of the Sofa Bed is charged at £25 per stay, for comfort we recommend only one adult or 2 children up to 12 years of age. Property is graded 3 star when Sofa Bed is selected. ***Travel Cot and High Chair at £5 each. Small foam chair bed that can be set directly on the Master bedroom floor (Suitable for 1 child up to 6 years of age, £10 per stay). **** BBQ gas is available to hire through reception, charcoal based BBQ’s are not permitted.
