Crylla Valley Cottages proudly partners with China Fleet Golf & Country Club to offer our guests fantastic FREE* leisure facilities for the duration of their stay at our self-catering holiday cottages.

Whilst staying with us at Crylla Valley yourself & your party members* will be full leisure members at the local China Fleet Golf & Country Club. Entitling guests to FREE* unlimited use of the Swimming Pool, Wet Spa**, Racquet Sports, Gym, Exercise classes, Children’s Fun Zone. As members you will also be entitled to 20% discount on all food & drink, the Spa Treatments* in the Barn & Golfing at the Club is also reduced.

Set in 180 acres of beautiful Cornish Countryside China Fleet is one of the most comprehensive country clubs in the UK. With extensive leisure and sporting facilities, excellent service and glorious views over the River Tamar, China Fleet really is one of the Westcountry’s best-kept secrets.

The China Fleet Golf & Country Club PL12 6LJ, is less than 4 miles from Crylla Valley, just a short drive 8-10 mins drive in the car and very easy to find. Turn left on A39 from Notter Bridge. Continue on before taking the 2nd exit at Carkeel roundabout. Turn left onto the slip road, just before the Saltash tunnel, continue up to the traffic lights. Then turn left into Old Ferry Road and immediately left again into Glanville Terrace. Continue straight along the road, past the golf course, until you reach China Fleet car park on your Right. 

 

Opening Times: Mon – Fri 0630 – 2200 (Wet Spa 0730 – 2200) and Sat / Sun 0730 – 2100. Bank Holiday times may vary.

Membership Entitlement

*FREE membership for up to 2 adults + 2 children per 1 bedroom property, 2 adults + 3 children per 2 bedroom property, 4 adults + 3 children per 3 bedroom property and 4 adults + 4 children per 4 bedroom property (children are classed as between 5 & 17 yrs, under 5’s are free!!). If these entitlements do not cover your party, please do not hesitate to contact our reception where we can advise on options. 20% Discounts apply to food & beverage. Golf is also reduced. Some spa treatments; hair & beauty products benefit from up to 10% discount.

You will be able to sign in additional guests at the club, example prices per day are: Adult £5 Pool only.  £10 Pool and Aqua Spa or Gym.  Child Swim only £3 (6-17yrs). Prices may be subject to change.

Fitness Suite: 14yrs +     Aqua Spa 16yrs +(Sauna, Steam Room & Spa)    Exercise Classes 16yrs +     In the leisure pool & racquet sports, children can be unaccompanied from 8yrs (Racquet hire available for a nominal fee)

The Brasserie, *Cabin Cafe & Lounge Bar

As leisure members China Fleet offers you a discount of 20% in their brasserie and restaurant. When eating at China Fleet you really are spoilt for choice. The Brasserie and coffee bar are open all day offering menus to suit all occasions and tastes including a full children’s selection, homemade patisserie counter, fair trade coffee and a wonderful selection of luxury local Ice Creams from Langage Farm. 

In addition to the restaurant there is a Lounge bar (min 18yrs age) where you can chat over a refreshing pint or perhaps a quick game of pool.

*(The Cabin Cafe, where dogs are welcome, is open from April to September only.)

The Barn

Advance Bookings

For all advance booking including the solarium, racquet sports, classes, fitness suite inductions and all children’s activities, please contact the leisure reception and quote the 6 digit number on the back of your membership card. 

To secure your preferential golf rate, contact the golf shop to book your ‘tee-time’.

On arrival at the club, please produce your membership card at the leisure reception desk. You will be given a ticket for admittance to each chosen facility and/or activity. Appropriate clothing must be worn for both swimming and leisure facilities.

Woodland Adventure Golf

Family fun to be had at the 18 hole crazy golf course, no need to book, don’t forget to show your membership cards to get your discount. During Halloween you can enjoy a spooktacular round if your brave enough!
