Online Free Prize Draw general terms and conditions: 

Our Free Prize Draws via our online campaigns, are free to enter. The winner is selected at random from all qualifying entries.

You simply need to visit our Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/cryllavalleycottages and enter by following the on-screen instructions.

These terms and conditions are our “General Terms”, and they apply to every “Free Prize Draw” that we, at Crylla Valley Cottages, run.

Each Free Prize Draw will also have its own specific terms and conditions explaining how to enter, what the opening/closing dates are, what the Free Prize Draw winner’s prize will be etc. The “Specific Terms” will be published on the relevant platform that is promoting the Free Prize Draw.

Appendix 1.

1.1. You must be 18 years and over to enter our Free Prize Draws.

1.2 Our Free Prize Draws are not for monetary consideration. We offer no cash alternative for non-cash prizes and prize winners must accept prizes in the form which is offered.  No cash will be awarded in lieu of that prize or any part of it.

1.3 The dates are NOT transferable, and you MUST use the dates as specified in a Free Prize Draw specific terms.

1.4 If you are unable to take advantage of the Free Prize, you can offer it to someone else. They must agree to all our terms and conditions.

1.5 Our Free Prize Draw is in no way sponsored, endorsed, or administered by or associated with Facebook.

1.6 You must let us know in a minimum of 24 hours in advance if you would like us to provide a highchair, travel cot, or stair gate for your use while staying at our accommodation. This must be left in the accommodation when you depart.

1.8 Smoking inside the property is forbidden.

Appendix 2.    

• We may change these General Terms and conditions at any time, so you should check this page regularly for any changes. Changes will apply from the date that they are published on this page.
• We recommend you print or save a copy of these General Terms for future reference during a Free Prize Draw.
• No additional, further, or other costs or expenses are included in any prize unless stated. For example, the costs of transport to and from a venue for an event are not included and any accommodation prize includes basic room charge only.
• Free Prize Draw prizes do not include insurance. It will be the responsibility of each prize winner (and, if applicable, each Guest that accompanies them) to take out at their own cost all relevant insurance (including but not limited to health and travel insurance, insurance for theft, loss, and damage to property) which may be required or prudent to obtain.
• Crylla Valley Cottages reserve the right to publicise the winners of a Free Prize Draw across our social media channels and website and to share any photographs that have been taken at the location. We will ensure that all GDPR policies are adhered to and we will not share any personal data.
• We reserve the right to award prizes unclaimed after the closure of a Free Prize Draw to alternative prize winners or not to award them at all.
• Where any prize is awarded via a Free Prize Draw, prize winners will be chosen at random from all qualifying entries.
• All our decisions relating to a Free Prize Draw and/or redemption of the prizes are final. No discussions or correspondence with entrants or any other person will be entered.
